High Intensity Strength or Cardio Workout

THE LES MILLS GRIT™ SERIES is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that is designed to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness in addition to building lean muscle. Available as GRIT™ STRENGTH, GRIT™ CARDIO or GRIT™ ATHLETIC, this workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. The LES MILLS GRIT™ SERIES takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to work harder to get fit, fast.

A basic level of fitness is required. Due to the intensity of the workout, we do not recommend that you do more than two classes per week. We advise to have completed 5-10 Bodypump or Project Strong classes before joining a GRIT class.
