Since 2010, Alex has structured his life around fitness, initially focusing on running and triathlons. Always eager to test himself and explore new ways to move, he later graduated to longer-distance triathlons, trail runs, and ultra marathons.

Alex's journey into yoga began with hot flow, initially seen as a way to stretch after cardio workouts, but he soon became captivated by its rich depth beyond the poses. Completing his yoga teacher training with Victor Chau in Hong Kong, he believes that yoga beautifully complements his spin cycling. After qualifying to teach spinning in 2017, he started teaching regularly in 2023. For yoga, he offers vinyasa-style classes focused on mindful cues and welcomes the use of props and modifications to ensure inclusion. Alex looks forward to seeing you on the mat!
