All you need are your workout clothes and proper training shoes. You may wear cycling shoes (with SPD cleats) or normal training shoes on the bikes. We do not provide cycling shoes.

Don't forget to bring your water bottle so you can get a refill at our freshwater filtration station.
At Project S

Before Class
Be changed and ready 10 minutes before the start time of the session for an introduction. Please let your instructor know if you have had any injuries, so they can assess your conditions before you get started. Late first-timers will not be allowed in.

During Class
Just give YOUR personal best. Move at your own pace and take breaks if needed. We are not going to lie; it will be tough, but it will be worth it. Remember, life begins outside your comfort zone.
